I noticed that Christmas is coming earlier and earlier every year. My Insta friends from all over the world have already started to decorate their bohemian homes. It’s a lot of bohemian Christmas decor ideas and inspirations out there.
To be honest it’s a hard job to pick the top 20 but of course I have my favourite ones. Bohemian Christmas decoration is all about bold, happy colours, fairy lights and cosy – hygge – vibes.
I haven’t started my Christmas decoration yet because I always wait until the 1st of December. Plus in Cyprus it’s really hard to get into holiday mood thanks to the nice weather. When the sun is shining and you are running around in T-shirt and shorts, you just can’t feel the Christmas vibe.
You need snow or at least rain that makes sitting inside by the fireplace and sipping hot chocolate from your favourite Christmas mug so cosy. ☕
BUT as I’m writing this blog post it has just started raining, the sky is grey and the weather is “chilly” so bring those Christmas holiday vibes on. 🎄

1. Let’s start the list with my friend Lucy aka @beachgidget. Her Christmas decoration is absolutely amazing although her style is not entirely boho but beach/coastal I’m still in love with it.

2. Paola aka @paola_roder creates a magical, bold and bohemain home for Christmas. Her Christmas tree is red and really amazing; decorated with plenty of gorgeous ornaments.

3. Another Instagram friend of mine is Kim aka @colorful_kimmes from the Netherlands. I really like her home and her Christmas decoration too. This picture is obviously from last year but it was so pretty that’s why I had to share her bohemian, colourful Christmas decoration with you.

4. Yvonne‘s aka @sixat21 home in Dublin, Ireland is so beautiful I check her photos and story every single day. I know her for a while know, we exchanged many messages and I have to say that she is a wonderful person.
She builds her own furniture, makes her own Christmas ornaments and bakes too. Amazing lady living with her family in a beautiful cottage which is so pretty especially at Christmas time.

5. Enikő‘s – @mydarkhome_ – home is the perfect example of hygge homes at Christmas time. It looks so cosy you just want to move in there straight away. Candles and very pretty Christmas decoration makes her home so gorgeous.

6. Scandinavian boho style is not about bold colours but it’s so beautiful and I think sometimes less is more (I have enough color in my feed anyway :D). Kirsten aka @skovbon has such a stunning home in Denmark.
